The manufacturing plant located on main Delhi Agra highway is spread over about 7000 sq. mtrs. The plant is equipped with complete Injection Moulding facilities, pressurized & conveyorized paint shop, a well equipped tool room, visor hard coating & metalizing facility, elaborate liner stitching shop & conveyorized assembly lines. The manufacturing facility has 800KVA captive generation power backup.

The Company has in-house testing laboratory to ensure proper compliance of quality standards. The testing laboratory is approved by IDIADA SPAIN and BIS INDIA and has complete testing equipment for testing helmets to ECE, DOT, SNELL & Indian standards. Beyond having facilities for testing finished helmets, the company testing laboratory is well equipped to check quality of inputs which go into manufacturing of company’s product.
